Returns: We accept returns. We do not exchange products. Please return and place a new order. No return authorization is needed. Ship unused products back to us with your invoice number and name the order was placed under. I will issue a refund for the returned item only. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please email me within 10 days of receiving your order and I’ll happily arrange a refund or replacement.
Shipping: All items purchased from Bicyclebolts.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Likewise, we do not take responsibility for lost items that track as delivered.
